One-on-One Sessions

I offer one-on-one life coaching sessions for women.  These sessions are designed to help women reach their personal goals. Whether that would be finding balance in life, overcoming negative self-talk, reducing feelings of anxiety and depression, or helping them find the motivation and desire to fulfill their goals.

I believe that every person is unique and therefore my sessions are not cookie cutter sessions.  The first session is dedicated to creating an action plan that is tailored to your individual needs.  The action plan can be adapted as needed throughout the sessions.  The most important part of the plan will be YOU and what YOU want to achieve through coaching. You have the puzzle pieces to find that joy and peace you so much desire.  You and I, one step at a time, will find those pieces and put them together.

I meet with clients via video conference so they can be in the comfort of their own home, or anywhere an internet connection is available.

I offer a 12-week power-packed personalized package where we do 1-on-1 coaching.  This package includes twelve 45-minute sessions once a week.
